1. General Terms

1.1 Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

1.2 Accuracy of Information:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Lil Akhirah Tours & Travels is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer.

1.3 Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary documents for their trip, whether for international travel or Umrah & Hajj.

1.4 Payment:

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service or package. Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other accepted forms.

2. Booking and Cancellations

2.1 Booking Confirmation:

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit and written confirmation from Lil Akhirah Tours & Travels.

2.2 Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges may apply:

- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus admin fees.
- Less than 30 days before departure: Refunds are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- No-show or last-minute cancellation: No refund.

3. Travel Insurance

3.1 Mandatory Insurance:

We recommend all customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events during their trip. Insurance plans are available for both international travel and Umrah & Hajj pilgrims, including medical, trip cancellation, and baggage loss coverage.

3.2 Liability:

Lil Akhirah Tours & Travels is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused during the trip. Customers must make claims through their travel insurance provider.

4. Changes to Bookings

4.1 Changes to Travel Plans:

If you need to modify your booking (dates, destinations, etc.), a change fee may apply depending on the type of service or package booked.

4.2 Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or alterations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Packages

5.1 Package Details:

All details regarding international trips, Umrah & Hajj, flights, accommodation, and transfers are provided as per the available information at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change based on availability and other factors.

5.2 Special Requests:

Any special requests (e.g., room preferences, dietary needs) should be communicated in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate these, we cannot guarantee fulfillment.

6. Responsibilities of the Traveler

6.1 Health & Safety:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit for travel and have received necessary vaccinations, particularly for international trips.

6.2 Behavior:

Travelers must comply with all local laws and regulations. Lil Akhirah Tours & Travels reserves the right to remove any traveler who is disruptive or engages in unlawful activity.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 Limitation of Liability:

Lil Akhirah Tours & Travels is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury, death, or financial loss due to events beyond our control.

7.2 Third-party Providers:

We work with trusted airlines, hotels, and tour operators. However, Lil Akhirah Tours & Travels is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Personal Information:

By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for booking purposes. We respect your privacy and adhere to data protection laws.

9. Amendments

Lil-Akhirah Tours & Travels reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
